Congratulations to Ipswich Golf Club who are now the tenth golf club in Suffolk to be awarded the EGU/EWGA GolfMark accreditation and have gained a High Achiever status.
Steven Peet, EGU/EWGA Regional Development Officer commented, "It is clear Ipswich Golf Club has a great structure in place and provides some excellent opportunities for their junior golfers. As part of the GolfMark process the club has now produced a comprehensive Junior Handbook and this is a wonderful tool for the club, the junior golfers themselves and importantly, the parents. Ipswich Golf Club has sound policies and procedures in place relating to child protection and duty of care and the club thoroughly deserves it's GolfMark 'High Achiever' accreditation.
